Well 2 of my projects + 1 presentation are down! Such a relief! Now I have 1 project, 2 essays & 1 presentation left to go tomorrow.
I slept in this morning (been sleeping in so much lately since I don’t get up early to run!) and am heading to Breakfast Buzz (a little breakfast cafe) here in a bit with my old roommate. I’ve been at this school for 4 years and have never been to this extremely popular, well-known breakfast place! And she’s graduating next week, so we decided to go! They’re well known for their breakfast burritos.
To hold me over until 11 (I woke up at 9:15 – yes, call me lazy), I grabbed a Rachel’s Cottage Cheese in cucumber dill flavor.
Plus some decaf coffee & almond milk on the side. I’ve noticed lately that if I have coffee on an emtpy stomach before I eat, I get the shakes, crash, and low blood sugar extremely bad a couple hours later. It just started to effect me this way. So I figured I shouldn’t have coffee right now!
After breakfast/lunch, I have work until 5 or so, then we’re off to sushi for my roommate’s birthday dinner! It’s an expensive day!
I’m about to get in some light upper body work right now before Yvonna picks me up. Happy Hump Day!!
