Not such an exciting day over here! Class…gym…nap…lunch…study…class…the drill!
Workout: I planned to swim, and I really actually wanted to! But I kind of got “into” the gym, and by the end I felt I had done enough! No swim needed! I’ll save it for tomorrow. Today included:
- 20 minutes (2.5 miles) elliptical, Level 12-16
- 20 minutes stairmaster, Level 10-11
- 1.5 mile treadmill walk incline 4-6%
- 20 minutes ab work
I also was planning on upper body weights today, but was really dreading doing that for some reason. So I decided why drag myself through that and half-ass it? I won’t lose anything by moving weights to tomorrow! So that’s what I’m doing.
Proof I was actually studying this afternoon:
Mehh…for like 15 minutes! I got my new Runner’s World in the mail today, so that took up more of my interest!
No exciting new eats for me today – all were leftover repeats from the past few days. Lunch was pizza bagels (because those were bomb!) and dinner was Moroccan chicken whole wheat couscous. I also had a poppyseed dressing & feta cheese salad at each meal (I went through a whole pre-cut up lettuce bag today!).
Well off to study a bit more and figure out this homework…I’m excited for a long weekend…AREN’T YOU?! 😀
